Today I was just reflecting on my life. I have spent the past couple of days worrying. worrying aboout my Mom and worrying about My Grandma and Grandpa and worrying about making sure that everyone is taken care of. Grandma Goodwin passed away last night! The last 4 weeks or more my Mom and Aunts and Uncles have been taking care of her and Grandpa. She had been fairly healthy, and Grandpa had been the one we were concerned about because of his health. She just kept getting sick and never got better. I was given the oppurtunity to be there when she left her earthly home. I would have to describe the event to be one of the most emotional and spiritual things I have ever done. I don't think that I ever new my aunts and uncles and grandpa as well as I did last night. I had never seen any of them cry and I do not think there was a dry eye in the room. My Grandpa loves her so much! I realized how much love and compassion there is in my Moms family. Grandpa reallly struggled during the whole thing. They took her off of life support around 4:30 p.m. I went into the I.C.U. around 7:00 p.m. with Kerry and was lucky to be able to go into the room that my grandma was in.They brought Grandpa back in from a short rest soon after. She passed away around 8:45 p.m. Grandpa finally told her that she could go and they brought in a c.d. player with uncle Kents music on it. the C.D play I am a Child of God and the nearer my God to thee and during that song is when she passed. I love my Grandma so much and have had a really hard time with her leaving. I am very greatful for the oppurtunity to have been her grandchild. She is such an amazing woman. She raised 7 wonderful children who are all still married and sealed to there 1st spouse and every one of them were there last night. She also had 42 grandchildren who are all still living and 91 great grand kids. I am very proud to be called her grandaughter and cannot wait to see her again. I just thought that along with this I would put a picture of my wonderful children and hope that when I get old that my kids will be able to say the same about me. I love you Grandma!

the power of power
I know what everyone is thinking. Holy cow she is actually updating her blog again. So soon! Yes!
Life is actually almost getting a routine. We go to church on sunday, and then try to survive until the next sunday. Yep thats are routine. Pretty organized isn't it.
Well anyway Yesterday we had the power go out around 4:00 in the afternoon. Rumor had it that it would be out for 2 or 3 days. Ugh! So what do I do? I run to the grocery store to get Ice for our cooler to keep our milk cold. Then for family night we went with our home teacher Brother Cain and his wife to the lake. We had so much fun and we stayed cool. They took out a tube behind there boat that all of the girls took there turns on. Ashley was the first and from my view on the boat she was having a blast. She would put her thumb down to tell us to go slower and up to go faster, I don't think I actually saw the thumb go up. Megan finally was convinced that she would not need another E.R. visit if she went out, so out she went. Oh my I don't think I have ever seen someone so animated about being nervous. She was so funny! Her mouth was moving the whole time and we had no clue what she was saying. She took her turn and by that time Madison was ready as ever to get out. I thought that hers would be a two minute slow ride. She surprised us all. At first she sort of layed down in the tube were we couldn't see her and we thought she had went to sleep, but as soon as we stopped she popped right up and said she wanted another turn. That was all she wrote. We took off with her in tow and she was popping up and down with the biggest smile ever. She looked like she was trying to stand up. she was jumping and waving and all the while having a blast. We had a hard time trying to convince her that her turn was up. Lexi didn't care about anything else but the steering wheel and the driver. Our home teacher loved the attention and had her in his lap the whole time.(they have been trying to adopt for quiet awhile)I hope that we will have pictures to put up soon we took lots. we had alot of fun and had fun getting to know our home teacher and his wife better.
We were all prepared to come home to a warm home and no lights but lo and behold the power was back on. Yea we missed all the excitment of no power. I was all prepared to live of of the meat in our freezer grilled on our gas grill with fresh vegatables from our garden. oh well I will still do it anyway it still sounds yummy.

Salt Lake City
We had a blast this weekend by going to Salt Lake. We took our little family for a quick trip. I had to go for a Fashion show for the new Modbe fall line.
Kerry was able to snag a 1098 Ducati Motorcycle while we were up there. He is so Excited. He had been looking for one for at least 6 months. Every time the dealerships got them in they were already sold and Ebay sold them before the auction ended. So we were shocked when we walked into the dealership and found out they had one in the back room. So we drove home with a u-haul full with a brand new Ducati.
The Fashion show was amazing. I was so excited to see that modbe came out with jeans. They also came out with some cool shirts. I bought way to much for my fall wardrobe.I really did not plan on selling much in Modbe but the stuff is so cute that I have been very busy.
Ashleys birthday is coming up on thursday she is going to be 7. she is so excited.
Madison kept asking the whole way home"are we going to sleep at Hallies tonight? When will we be at Hallies house?" we had to keep explaining to her that we were going home.
We also got to go out to dinner with Bree and Tyler it was alot of fun.
Well my kids are calling me I had better go.

Madison got to play with Hallie this weekend and loved it. Hallie left her zebra here and every time she leaves it it is the most awful thing in the world so I am bringing it to lake powell.Megan has helped write alot of this and loves to play on the computer.

So Flying in a plane is not as romantic as it sounds. We took off from St. George around 3:30 p.m. and around 4:15 I was filling the barf bag. ugh! The flight was pretty rocky. Kerry decided around 4:45 that his stomach couldn't handle it either, and so that sent me into another bag and then Dad had to join the club. We were quiet relieved to see the Salt Lake International airport around 5:30. we taxied for a few minutes then got to the private airport and climbed out of the plane and walked right into Bree and Tyler's mini van. That was after we made a quick stop in the airports bathroom that had toothbrushes and mouthwash. By The time we got to the E center for the concert there was no time to go to eat so we went directly to the Concert and found pizza there. The concert was amazing. We were up in the nosebleed section but it was still pretty cool. We got on the plane around 10:45 and took off around 11 and the flight was pretty smooth. (and we did not use any bags)we got home around 1:00.
I have to say a huge hurrah for Mckensi and Jessica for taking care of our kids and Brecken and Andreas kids. They took on a huge feet and survived. Not only did they survive but they thrived. I came home to a clean house and the kids were happy. This was there part in the gift to Dad and there was no way we could of pulled this off without them.Thank you Thank you Thank you. Also thank you to Bree and Tyler for being wonderful chauffeurs last night.
All in All it was a good trip.

I am so excited about today. I may get a new nephew, we are flying to Salt Lake and Megan and Ashley both have exciting plans at school.
Kerry, Me, Mom , Dad , Andrea, and Brecken are flying up in Breckens plane to Salt Lake to go to the Celtic women concert. Breeann is picking us up at the airport and then we are going to meet Tyler to go out to eat and then head to the concert. We will then fly straight home. What an exciting adventure.
Megan is going to the park with her class to have a water party. and Ashley is having a reading campout in her classroom.
We are also getting carpet put in our basement. It is going to look so cool. The carpet layers should be here any minute.
So I know that I said we had a boring life but this week it has started out pretty fun. Yesterday I took Madison and Alexis to the water park. they had so much fun that when Megan and Ashley came home Madison told them over and over how she went to the water park. We also learned about Noah and Faith for family night. And we finished family night off with some cool desserts from costco, the ones were sorbet is in fruit shells.
We will now sign off from our exciting life to make it even more exciting. see ya

So I am now trying to put a new blog as often as possible. The only problem with that is that everyone is going to realize just how boring my life is.
Last night Kerry and I decided to go for a walk out to the garden at 10p.m. We were just going for a peaceful little stroll when we noticed 100's of cockroaches in our garden. (No I am not exaggerating) So Keryy got the flashlight and called the ducks and hens and showed them around as he scared the bugs out. I would say we got rid of about 30-40 of them.
After we got back in Kensi,Jessica, Mickey and Carson came with a group of kids on dates to watch a movie. Ask them how it went. (especially jessica)
Kerry and I also had a lady give us a pedicure last night. It was Kerry's first and he was a little bit apprehensive but he got over it quick and loved it.
Today I have a wonderful mothers lunch with Megan and Ashley. The school does this once a year and we take lunch to our student and spend lunch hour with them.I love going and the girls love having panda bear express. After that I am off to another physical therapy for my hand. I am getting alot more movement in it.
Kerry has Father and Sons tonight.(oh wait he has no sons) But that does not stop him. He is just going for the food. (or thats what he says, maybe there is just to many hormones at home and he needs a little testosterone around him)Then Kerry is off to another track day in vegas. well that is the story of our life today. Hope everyone else is doing good

Pizza Party
Here is madison with her swimsuit on as usual. She saw the girls go swimming at the neighbors and had to get her swimsuit on right away, and then she kept trying to sneek out to go with them
Megan is here with her great hair do and a smile that will melt anyones heart

This is Alexis. she was sitting on my lap and kept dumping my water out. When I would not get her another refill she got up and went over to get her own. The Photographer caught her in the act of trying to figure the darn water cooler out

This is Ashley she was busy playing baseball all night, and she had quickly changed from her swimsuit into her best dress.

blah blah blah
I just have to start this blog out with a sorry to Stacie. I told her last week that she did not update her blog enough. Now it has been over a week and I too have not posted.
Life gets busy with 4 girls. I have been going to physical therapy for my wrist this last week and have been very busy with other things.
Megan has been in choir and had her final choir concert that she did awesome at. Ashley had a school assembly that the first graders put on. She had a two line speaking part. Madison is our little michevious child that is sneaking out any chance that she gets. Alexis is finally figuring out that if the door is open it means she can go to Loris house to see the dogs. Kerry has been a wonderful husband and supporting me when I need him. I did the what woman want expo last week for modbe and I am constantly on the phone checking on orders or ordering. But it has paid off.
We enjoyed seeing Breeann and Tyler when they came. And I am so glad to see Lori back on her feet.
I know that this is a short post but I thought I had better put something.

Saturday
We also rearranged the girls rooms. Megan and Lexi are now sharing a room and Ashley and Madison. We had so much fun getting there beds moved. We have actually already had there clothing in the right rooms for about 6 months in hopes of new beds coming.
Kerry went on a motorcycle ride with a friend of his while the girls and I finished up the rooms and then went outside with Tyson, Lori and Emma. They were outside playing with Zoey and KEELA. It was pretty cold outside so I said to Lexi "lets go inside" and Emma pops in" I go inside with you." So obviously Lori and I took Emma, Lexi, and Maddie in to get ready for bed. Lexi then wanted only Lori to get her ready not her Mom. I just think it is so Funny how our girls would rather be with there aunt then there Mom.
Saturday ended very quietly. Our girls went to bed very well and we were very exhausted.Hope our Sunday goes just as well.

After seeing all of your cute pictures I decided to pull the camera out and get some new pictures. Lexis's favorite thing right now is keela. (the dog) I don't think that she knows the difference between zoey and keela but she can say keela. When she gets up in the morning she looks out the window and points and says Keela. Lexi used to be afraid of the dogs but now she loves them. This picture is from today and what it is missing is the ice cream cone that was in her hand. Yep she fed Zoey the Ice cream cone and loved every minute of it, She never even noticed that the Ice cream cone was gone. Megan is our master musican. She

everyday life
With Megan and Ashley out the door Madison is suddenly restless to escape and she runs over to Aunt Lori and Emmas house, while I am on the phone with Modbe working out some problems with a customers order. I am finally sitting down to the computer to do my blog for the day and it is 12:40. I am still not dressed and neither are the girls, but we are well fed and happy. The kitchen is almost clean and we have home teaching families over for dinner. I am planning on having my kids look darling and my house shining like the top of the Chrysler building. Guess I had better go and accomplish a miracle. Till tomorrow when it starts over again.

track day
O. K. ---I'll admit it I'm shallow, lack creativity, not very original and lack the motivation to do any thing involving strenuous exercise. it was fun though, in march I got to go ride in las vegas, on the track for the second time (track day)not a real race, just riding with other guys(semi aggressively)on the track.

motorcycles
I could not do a family blog without putting a picture of some of our "other family". These are Kerry's motorcycles. Yes he has three and Yes he would like more. But if you ask Kerry "Do you want to get another motorcycle?" He say's And I quote" When can we go up to Salt Lake to get it"But if you ask Janae"Is Kerry going to get another motorcycle she says " Only if he sales one or two of the one's he has" Kerry loves to get out on these bikes for free time. Right now Tyler has the Aprilla, supposedly, as Kerry say's to try and sell it. I cannot complain that this is My husbands 2nd love especially when I get to ride behind him and feel the wind on my face be close him.

ducks in the house
We got ducks and chickens the other day and our kids love them. Madison sneaks out about 10 times a day and loves to hold them. I am about ready to send them back they stink so much. But for the sake of our kids they are still here. Kerry got them to eat the bugs out of our garden. Madison has named one of the ducks airplane and has loved checking on airplane.
